Fyffe Lady Red Devils – 2025-2026 Season Recap

The Fyffe Lady Red Devils put together a memorable and hard-fought season, highlighted by a historic postseason run. Finishing with a 14-16 record, this team showed resilience, growth, and determination.

For the first time in seven years, the Lady Red Devils earned a trip to Jacksonville State University for the AHSAA Regional Tournament, punching their ticket with a big win on the road against a talented Saks team. Under the leadership of second-year head coach, Jodi Benefield,, Fyffe made its first regional appearance since 2019, marking a major milestone for the program.

Their postseason journey also included a strong showing in the Area Tournament, where they finished as Runner Up after a hard fought battle against the Sylvania Lady Rams.

The historic run came to an end in the Regional Tournament first round with a tough 51-44 loss to Glencoe, but not without leaving a lasting mark on the program.
