Welcome to Fyffe High School. I am honored to serve as principal of a school dedicated to student success and growth. Our vision is to equip students to be academically competent and develop the career and life skills needed to become productive citizens.

I am Mrs. Brittany Sears, and it is my honor to serve as the elementary principal. At Fyffe Elementary, we are committed to nurturing the whole child through high expectations, strong character, and a supportive learning environment.

Our mission is to ensure every student feels safe, valued, and challenged to reach their fullest potential—academically, socially, and emotionally. In alignment with Alabama state legislation, we place a strong focus on literacy and numeracy, ensuring all students develop the foundational reading, writing, and mathematical skills necessary for lifelong success.

We are dedicated to building student leaders by promoting responsibility, perseverance, and respect both in and out of the classroom. Through intentional instruction and meaningful experiences, our students learn to take ownership of their learning and positively impact those around them.

We are proud of our strong partnership with families and the Fyffe community. Together, we create a positive school culture where students can grow, lead, and succeed.
